Guys

Quick note to ask all players who are training to be down sharp on tues and thurs if possible.

The aim is to try and warm up on the grass pitch so we are ready to go straight onto
the astro at 6.45 to make the most of the time we have.

The aim of the session is to split into 2 groups for half an hour and work hard in smaller groups.
Then we will come together for team runs against each other, for the other half an hour, with a fair bit of contact.
We will be doing a little fitness at the end of the session together too.

If anyone CANNOT make training then please email me, with your name, as some emails are weird and i do not know whose they are yet. This is
just so we can have a good idea on numbers for the session.

A wee note to say well done to the colts and the 2nds on saturday who both had good wins. To the first team we generally played well but just a few silly errors
probably lost us the game. Lets work hard to climb the table.

Finally, i know there are some dissappointed players out there at being dropped or feeling they are not getting a chance at a preferred position, all i ask is that
you talk to or email me or Dougs so we can discuss things. we do not always get the chance to see everyone so a little prompt is sometiumes required for you.

Hope all this makes sense and we can move forward as club.

Cheers M'Deers
