LEAGUE STRUCTURE CONSULTATION

The Scottish Rugby Council season structure working party would like to thank all clubs for the considerable amount of feedback on the league structure consultation document circulated at the end of October.

Having analysed the feedback from clubs, the working party are not willing to proceed with the structure as proposed and will recommend to council that further discussions should take place on a potential regionalisation, below the current premier leagues.

Your council representative will be in touch with you shortly to discuss the next steps in the process.

The working party look forward to your continued support in determining the way forward for Scottish rugby at all levels.

John Davidson
Chairman of the standing working party
