Situated on the west side of Edinburgh (about 5 minutes drive from the zoo) you'll find our clubhouse next to Forrester High School and St. Augustines High School  at 2 South Gyle Access, Edinburgh, EH12 9FR

Forrester RFC welcomes new players from all areas, local to worldwide. We currently have 240 registered players playing at various levels:

  • 4 Senior teams
  • Various junior level teams including primary minis and midis
  • And an excellent under 18 colts team.

Our main catchment areas are: Sighthill, Corstorphine, Broomhouse, The Gyle, Westerbroom, Drumbrae, Barnton, Broomhall, Clermiston, Forrester Park, Carrick Knowe, Edinburgh Park, Ratho, Ingliston, Livingston, South Queensferry, Broxburn, Bathgate, and any other parts of west Edinburgh and surrounding area.

We have a good-structured and well attended junior section which has produced Internationalists in various age groups, as well as many area representative players. We always look forward to seeing new players coming into the club and would make any potential players very welcome.

Please telephone the club for details (0131 334 6981) on age groups per night. Generally, junior team training is as follows:

  • 18:30 to 19:30 on Mondays for Mini 's and Midi's

We have excellent training facilities for all weathers, including indoor and floodlit, when needed. Seniors should attend training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30 PM.
